The System Support Section is under the direction of Assistant Chief Kurt Heindrichs.  He is responsible for managing Human Resources, Training Division, Planning & Logistics, Distribution Center, Capital Improvements Plan (CIP), Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), Communications/IT, Health & Safety and Management Services. The Systems Support Section manages department programs and activities from "behind the scenes" to ensure prompt, efficient and effective services to the Prince William County community.
