Transformation Management Office

The Transformation Management Office (TMO), established under the Office of Executive Management for a two-year period beginning December 1, 2023, will be responsible for developing, designing, and leading strategic initiatives prioritized and focused on improving the overall customer experience for residents, visitors, employees, and those doing business in Prince William County. The TMO will help to organize, focus, and accelerate all efforts related to prioritized transformation initiatives, and ensure effective monitoring, cross-agency coordination, and strategic execution. Through this work, the TMO will help to re-enforce the culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous quality improvement across our government.
