The mission of the Prince William County Office of Youth Services is to promote positive youth development opportunities for youth through strategic investments, strong collaboration, and a shared goal to strengthen youth connections in the community.
MoreThe Juvenile Pretrial Supervision Program (JPSP) serves as an alternative to secure detention pending court adjudication for juveniles between the ages of 10-17. Community supervision is provided in the form of face-to-face contacts through various settings (home, Program’s offices, school, work, etc.).
The Judge Patrick D. Molinari Juvenile Shelter is a non-secure 15 beds facility that serves both male and female juveniles between the ages of 10-17. The program is designed as an alternative to secure detention or a temporary emergency placement for some youth who may need immediate shelter.
Our purpose is to provide a safe, secure, and supportive environment for court-involved youth with the goal of promoting individual growth through education and empowerment.
