Established in July 2024, the Office of Youth Services (OYS) is dedicated to building a positive future for all young people and their families in Prince William County. OYS is building the framework to inspire, connect with, and guide our youth through positive development opportunities. OYS believes that our youth are the future to a healthy, strong, and safe community. 

  

MISSION STATEMENT:

The mission of the Prince William County Office of Youth Services is to promote positive youth development opportunities for youth through strategic investments, strong collaboration and a shared goal to strengthen youth connections in the community. 

 

 VISION STATEMENT:

The vision of the Prince William County Office of Youth Services is to empower the youth of the community to be leaders and change agents by providing pathways to opportunities, supportive avenues and environments that strengthen our youth, families, and the community.
