Our Certified Personal Trainers work with you to develop and understand a customized fitness program designed to help you meet your goals. Power Packs

What is a Power Pack?  A group of 3 to 6 friends or family members train with a certified fitness professional. Power Packs are personalized, affordable and goal-oriented small group training. A membership to Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center is not required to participate in Power Pack training.

  • Yoga
  • Specialty Equipment

Packages available:

  • 4 sessions: $60.00 per person
  • 8 sessions: $120.00 per person
  • 12 sessions: $180.00 per person

One-On-One Personal Training

Get a workout completely tailored to your needs. Whether you're just getting started with fitness, a fitness enthusiast, or in need of a workout designed around specific health considerations, one-on-one training ensures a workout plan as unique as you are.


Semi-Private Personal Training

For even more accountability, pick a partner and take a leap toward fitness together! With your workout buddy in our semi-private personal training sessions you will both save time and money while reaching your individual fitness goals.

To get started, we just need a little more information. Please complete and submit the Personal Training Interest Form. Upon receipt, we will get you registered and scheduled for a complimentary Personal Training Consultation.

Teen Orientation

This complimentary orientation teaches youth and teens (ages 12 - 15) how to safely, and effectively use appropriate fitness equipment. Upon successful completion, a card will be issued that gives access to the fitness areas without parent/guardian supervision. To be scheduled, or for more information, please fill out the Teen Orientation Interest form.
