Pickleball

As of July 1, 2024, request for outdoor court rentals (such as pickleball and tennis) at Prince William County Parks may be reserved via the Sports Services Division. Requests to reserve courts at Veterans Park will continue to be processed by the Veterans Park Community Center directly at 703-792-8794. All other outdoor court rental requests may be sent to Sports Services at [email protected]. Sports Services will confirm court availability along with any applicable fees upon review of the request. All permits are issued electronically via a portable document format (pdf).

Please note that Parks and Recreation does not recognize any external scheduling software as an approving authority for community court scheduling. Authorized permit holders may opt to utilize separate programs for their internal scheduling needs provided it remains within the approved time/date parameters listed on the official permit.

If you're an avid pickleball player or are looking to join the fun of playing this popular sport, Prince William County, Parks, Recreation & Tourism offers a total of 34 pickleball courts throughout the county.

A.J. Ferlazzo Building

These 8 beautiful dedicated pickleball courts are open seven days a week from sun up to sun down and accessible to the public. Morning groups play 9-noon, Evening groups 4-8 pm.

Anne Moncure Wall Park

There are 2 dedicated pickleball courts at Anne Moncure Wall Park. Court time is first come-first served. Open dawn to dusk.

Ben Lomond Regional Park

There are 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts at Ben Lomond Regional Park. Courts are open from dawn until dusk, available on a first come, first serve basis.

Braemar Park

There are 2 dedicated pickleball courts at Braemar Park and 2 dual purpose courts. Court time is first come-first served. Open dawn to dusk.

There are 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts at George Hellwig Memorial Park. Courts are open from dawn until dusk, available on a first come, first serve basis.

James S. Long Regional Park

James S. Long Regional Park has tennis courts that are striped for pickleball. Players can access portable nets through a storage container outside the fenced court area. Please return the nets back in the storage container when done playing. Court time is first come-first served. Open dawn until dusk.

There is one tennis court that is striped for pickleball at Occoquan Park. Court time is first come-first served. Open dawn to dusk.

Rosemount Lewis Park

Rosemount Lewis Park offers residents within walking distance a playground, pavilion, basketball courts and dual-purpose court for pickleball and tennis. There are also three open play areas and a half mile walking trail.

Veterans Memorial Park

Veterans Memorial Park has 4 dedicated pickleball courts and two lined over a tennis court with portable nets. Please return the nets back in the storage container when done playing. Court time is first come-first served. Open dawn until dusk.
