ACI Update: Solution Pricing Change Effective January 15, 2023

Effective January 15, 2023, ACI will be adjusting the prices for ACI Speedpay solution to ensure they can continue to bring our citizens the same powerful bill pay platform in a rapidly changing economic environment.

ACI decided to adjust prices after careful consideration, balancing their desire to minimize the impact to customers with their need to address increased interchange costs, historical inflation rates and broader economic factors, including increased service and overhead costs.

Prince William County wants to ensure that our citizens are provided with this information before this price increase, as it will affect payments made by credit and debit card in person, through our tax portal, QuickPay and payment by phone options.
