Landfill and Compost Facility Safety Guidelines

For Your Safety

Convenience Center customers should follow all safety guidelines as well as instructions given by the facility staff.   

  • No climbing on railing 
  • Wear closed toed-shoes
  • Children and pets stay in vehicle
  • Stay close to vehicle
  • Avoid cell phone use
  • No smoking
  • No scavenging
  • Follow staff/attendant directions
  • Speed limit 15 miles/hours 
  • Be aware of moving vehicles and maintain safe following distance. 
  • Utilize the proper side of the roadway at all times. 
  • Do not pass moving vehicles.
