Prince William County residents and reciprocal borrowers can access the Digital Library 24/7. Individuals who do not yet have a library card can go to the online catalog and click on "Don't Have a PWPL library card?" to start an application to get a library card, or they can show identification with their current address at any of PWPL's 12 libraries to apply for a library card. People can get immediate access to the Digital Library by signing up for a Digital Library Card. The Digital Library Card expires in 30 days. Due to licensing restrictions, Freading, hoopla Digital, Kanopy, Libby, and OverDrive are only available with a physical library card.
If you need help accessing our Digital Library with your digital Library card, please call a staff member to assist you. For tutorials and more, please visit PWPL Discover & Learn.
