The General District Court Archives Office maintains ended traffic and criminal Court records that are retained for 10 years.
Payments for traffic and criminal cases are processed for upcoming Court dates and cases where driving privileges have been suspended.
Information on unpaid cases should be verified by calling 703-792-6141 to prevent a delay in restoring driving privileges.
Payment to the Court does not reinstate the privilege to drive. The paid receipt must be taken to the Department of Motor Vehicles to remove suspension of a driver's license for payments made 10 days after conviction.
Payments will be accepted by cash, check, or credit or debit cards with a valid Visa or MasterCard logo.
