Colleen Oshiki is a native Manassas resident who attended MCPS from kindergarten through 12th grade. She is currently reconnecting with her Prince William County roots after returning from some time away, learning to be a more effective advocate for what she believes in, with her primary focus being on action through her appointment to the Community Services Board.

As someone with a deeply personal connection to the field of mental and behavioral health and who has benefitted from the services and programs offered by Community Services, it is important to Colleen that she give back to the community and do whatever it takes to ensure that others are afforded the same and even better opportunities to thrive as she was.

When she isn't at work or the library, she is at home with her cat.
