Prince William County introduces new customized online training seminars for Solar Energy industry members, contractors, and designers. The free two-hour online seminar is designed to train participants on how to expedite Residential Solar Panel Installation project plans.
“By empowering our customers, we are increasing our support to Prince William County homeowners,” said Wade A. Hugh, Director, Department of Development Services. “These training seminars mark another step forward in the permitting process, to ensure it is well defined and made clear for all contractors and residents.”
Participants will learn how to access ePortal, how to submit plans, how to navigate the plan review process, and learn about structural plan and electrical plan review requirements.
There are a total of three online training seminars available, as scheduled:
Participation is first-come, first-served and limited to 40 participants per seminar. If you are interested in attending one of the two-hour virtual training seminars, please contact Tynika Hardesty at [email protected] to register. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the selected training seminar.
