Police Thank the Community for Supporting Torch Run 2024

The 2024 Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics Virginia was successful, with Team PWCPD raising more than $5,000 for the athletes of Special Olympics Virginia. The event was Wednesday, June 5, 2024, in Woodbridge.

The Prince William County Police Department thanks the community for its support in raising money for Special Olympics Virginia. Additionally, the Department extends grateful thanks to the sponsors and vendors of this year’s Torch Run.

Money raised during the Law Enforcement Torch Run benefits Special Olympics, an organization which is supported by law enforcement officers throughout the United States and in 45 countries.
