Learn how to apply the Pilates Method to the tower system, using safe techniques to ensure optimal stabilization and body alignment while performing the exercises with the proper resistance for core training, flexibility, strengthening, and lengthening of the muscles. The tower will allow you to move differently, so it's a great way to expand your Pilates practice. Requires Pilates Reformer experience.
