Prince William County is excited to announce that the FY26 arts grant applications will open for submission on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 9:00 am. A grants presentation workshop is scheduled for Monday, March 24, 2025, at 5:30 pm and is mandatory for all interested applicants. All nonprofit arts organizations in the greater Prince William County area, to include City of Manassas and Manassas Park, are encouraged to attend and apply. The grant application deadline is Friday, April 18, 4:00 pm. Grant usage covers July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026. The workshop will be held at the George Hellwig Administration building (14420 Bristow Rd, Manassas, VA 20112.)

Grants for arts organizations are available through the New and Emerging Grant and the General Operating Grant, both funded by Prince William County Government. The purpose of the New and Emerging Grant is to provide seed money to new and emerging arts organizations that are less than three (3) years old. The General Operating Grant provides a base of operating support to arts organizations in the community in recognition of the valuable programs and services they provide. General Operating Grants also contribute to the permanence of these organizations in the community and help ensure diverse artistic offerings and experiences for residents.

Organizations in arts education, community arts, dance, electronic media, festivals, folk arts, literature, minority arts, music, theatre, and visual arts across the greater Prince William, Manassas and Manassas Park areas are encouraged to apply.

Grant applications and more detailed information can be found on the Arts Council website here. All applications must be submitted by 4:00 pm on Friday, April 18, 2025.
