Gratitude and Thankfulness Special Event with Guide Meditation and Sound Bath Therapy

Practice meditation to help train attention, awareness and achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm and stable state. Together with the sound of sonic vibrations therapy, which can stimulate the brain, this class may help to balance and rebuild the body, reducing anxiety and improving sleep quality. Free for passholders of Sharron Baucom Dale City Recreation Center and/or Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center. $12 drop-in fee for non-members.
