Circuit Court Clerk's Seals on Wheels at the Occoquan Riverfest

On Saturday, June 7, 2025 (10 a.m. - 1 p.m.), Circuit Court Clerk Jacqueline C. Smith, Esq. will be bringing Seals on Wheels, a fully equipped mobile court services center,  to the Occoquan Riverfest.

Smith created Seals on Wheels, the first program of its kind in the United States, to improve public access to circuit court services. On select Saturdays of each month, residents can cut down on travel time by visiting the Clerk’s Seals on Wheels at various locations.

Stop by for circuit court services, including marriage licenses, name changes, notary certification, concealed handgun permits, copies of deeds, court records, and more!
