The following lists includes information on adults arrested by the Prince William County Police Department over the most recent 30 to 31 days, or about four weeks. Juvenile arrest records are protected under Virginia law and are not subject to release. These lists are updated weekly, typically on Fridays, and include arrests up to the latest Thursday. Updates may be delayed due to holidays or unexpected office closures. These lists also may not be complete due to the time it takes to process paperwork, or due to an ongoing investigation. The listing can be viewed by date of arrest or in alphabetical order by last name.

Reflecting federal mandates, Virginia law prohibits the dissemination of "criminal history record information" to individuals outside of law-enforcement. The release of arrest information is commonly understood to apply to "reasonably contemporaneous" arrests. Anyone seeking older criminal history information should contact the Prince William County Courthouse. Information on court proceedings post arrest, can be obtain from the Virginia Justice System online portal.
