Conference rooms in specific County facilities are available for use by the public. The facilities include the James J. McCoart Administration Building, the Dr. A.J. Ferlazzo Building and the Development Services Building (available weekday nights only). Click here for Directions to County Facilities.
There are some restrictions and conditions that apply when using these spaces. If you are interested in using County facility space, please review the Building Use Policy to ensure your organization and meeting purpose meet the requirements.
Once you establish that you comply with this policy, you can complete the required Facility Use Agreement available here. You can also contact the Buildings & Grounds Division at 703-792-7010 to receive a copy of the Facility Use Policy and to ensure that the dates requested are available. Nonprofit groups based in Prince William County or the City of Manassas are eligible to use Prince William Public Libraries’ community rooms. Please visit Prince William Public Libraries' Reserve a Room to learn more.
If you are interested in hosting a special event in the County, you can consider space at several of the County’s historic properties.
