From improving strength, balance and flexibility, to easing back pain and helping to reduce stress levels, there are so many benefits that can be gained from practicing yoga. During September, National Yoga Awareness Month, there is no better time to give yoga a try.
Prince William County Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism offers yoga classes year-round. Check out our offerings below for the month of September.
