Murder at Rippon Lodge at Rippon Lodge Historic Site

Halloween Hollow – a Family Friendly Halloween Experience at Pat White Center at Ben Lomond

Saturday, October 15, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm – Register here

Come dressed in costume and join us for a hauntingly good time. Don’t forget your comfortable shoes! There will be games, crafts, not so ‘spooky’ stories, jack-o-lantern painting and more. Visit from station to station collecting a stash of tasty treats and prizes. Learn safety tips for successful, fun trick-or-treating. Children must be accompanied by parent/guardian.

Spirits of Brentsville Haunted History Trail at Brentsville Historic Centre

Saturday, October 22, various start times

In 1822, the small, unassuming town of Brentsville opened as the County Seat. For over 200 years, the town was the site of trials and triumphs. From trials, war and murder, to depression, pranks and more. Participants will take a walk through Brentsville’s most terrifying moments in history complete with ghost stories and surprises. The Haunted Grō Trail – James S. Long Regional Park

Thursday, October 27, 4:00 – 6:00 pm

This Adventure Trail experience – Halloween edition includes costumes, spooky activities, and of course trick-or-treating through our Adventure Trail. Participants are encouraged to come dressed in costume for an afternoon of fun Halloween activities. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Click here to register.

Campfire Ghost Stories - Ben Lomond Historic Site

Friday, October 28, 7:30 – 9:00 pm

If you’ve never visited the Ben Lomond Historic Site, now is your chance. Ben Lomond has a diverse and grim history as a Civil War hospital, a farm, and a private home. Over the years, many residents have claimed to see ghosts and other spooky happenings at the site. Is Ben Lomond haunted or not? Join us if you dare for an eerie evening around the campfire to hear some of the ghost stories associated with the historic site. Participants should bring their own chair and a flashlight. Spooky Shoot, Archery – Silver Lake Regional Park

Saturday, October 29, 10:00 am – 12 noon

During this fun archery event our trained instructors will take adults and children through instructions and tactics on how to nail the bullseye or even some pumpkins along the way! Feel free to come in costume if it does not prevent shooting safely. Score as a family and get a family prize. Other activities will include yard darts and cornhole. This is a family-oriented fun archery shoot with a fall theme. All equipment will be provided, and our instructors are USA Archery certified. Register here.

Join us on Halloween weekend for some spooky mini golf fun. This event is family friendly and for ghouls of all ages. Swing your life away on our 18-hole Haunted Mini Golf Course that will be all dressed up for Halloween.
