Join us in this Educational Workshop to learn the foundational principles and how to apply them to your daily activities: Breathing, Concentration, Control-Centering, Precision, Balanced Muscle Development, Rhythm /Flow, Whole-body Movement, and Relaxation. Free for passholders and current Pilates registrants. $12 group exercise drop-in rate applies for non-passholders.
