The instructor will also discuss some of the classes offered at the center, why they are beneficial for recovery and how they can complement your regular fitness regimen.
Note: This is an educational class only (no physical activity). *Free for passholders of Sharron Baucom Dale City Recreation Center and/or Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center, $12 drop-in for non-members.
