SPINNING® JOURNEY EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS

This exercise program welcomes participants of all levels. Combines a foundation of basic cycling movements, motivational coaching techniques and breathing awareness. Great cardiovascular training on indoor bikes with a splendid variety of music selection, lots of energy to help you make the most out of your workout. Presented by our Nationally Certified Mad Dog Spinning® Instructor.

INTRO TO SPIN:

Teach beginners how to set up the bike properly, use the correct form for the best results. Teach them how to increase the weighted fly wheel, hand positions, pedal stroke, breathing, cadence and safety.
