Glow in the Dark Fitness Week: Glow Yoga

We switch the lights off and turn the glow lights on. We encourage you to wear white or bright colors then add tons of glow bracelets and Necklaces, then let’s get this party started! Free for Passholders of Sharron Baucom Dale City Recreation Center and/or Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center. $12 drop-in for Non-members.
