The Office of Procurement Services (OPS) invites vendors and prospective vendors interested in doing business with Prince William County to attend the second annual Procurement Expo on June 11, at the Hylton Performing Arts Center. Vendors will have the opportunity to meet with county departments and local resources at this expo-style event. The Procurement Expo is a forum to facilitate connections between the vendor community and County decision-makers, increase competition, and transparency.

Vendors will have the opportunity to:

• Learn each department’s mission, the goods and services typically procured, and contractual spend plans for the upcoming fiscal year.
• Participate in one-on-one matchmaking sessions with County departments to discuss upcoming needs and what the department looks for in a contractor business partner. (Pre-registration required; matchmaking sign-up will be an option during registration.)
• Attend targeted sessions on relevant and emerging topics
• Complete vendor registration on-site and receive assistance for the supplier portal.

Registration for the event will open in May.
