Users of this system should not rely on the results of a search of this system without additional confirmation by the County’s Zoning Administration staff.  This system is intended to provide the general public with convenient access to certain County zoning records.  However, this system only includes zoning determinations issued since August 1, 2024 and while County staff has made its best good faith effort to include all zoning determinations issued since that date, it cannot guarantee that all such determinations have been entered into the system at the time of any specific search of the system.  In addition, zoning determinations are issued based on specific facts and circumstances at the time a determination is requested, which may have changed since a determination was issued.  A zoning determination may also have been superseded by a subsequent determination.  If you have any questions about a zoning determination that has already been issued or you would like to request a zoning determination, please contact the Zoning Administration Office at 703-792-3340, or use the following link to access the online application form.  You can also find additional information about how to apply for zoning determinations/interpretations athttps://www.pwcva.gov/department/zoning-administration/zoning-office.
