Provide fuel, repairs, vehicle acquisition, equipment disposal, and maintenance services to the County’s vehicles and equipment efficiently and cost-effectively and minimize downtime due to breakdowns or other unscheduled maintenance. Replace County vehicles at the optimum point in the vehicle life cycle, maximizing cost-effectiveness, vehicle safety, and reliability.
