The Fleet Management Division is the home for our Fleet Specialists. Our Fleet Specialists perform maintenance and repair services across many makes and models involving automobiles (gas, diesel, and electric powered), motorcycles, fire, rescue, and police vehicles, heavy offroad equipment (bulldozers, etc.), small engines (weed eaters, mowers, etc.), and generators.

FFM's Engineers are assigned to the Facilities Construction Management (FCM) and Property Management (PM) Divisions. Engineers assigned to FCM oversee the development and execution of new facilities from conception to completion. Engineers assigned to PM oversee the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and manage CIP renovation projects.
The Property Management Division's Energy Coordinator promotes energy efficiency, ensures the accuracy of organizational energy consumption costs, advocates for maximum energy efficiency, prepares specialized reports, and serves as a point of contact for external agencies and the public regarding energy conservation and building management systems policies.
The Property Management Division's Facilities Planners coordinate all aspects of the interior design layout for reconfiguration, purchase, and renovation projects. Facilities Planners identify client needs, prepare furniture budgets for property management projects and CIP, coordinate the relocation of County employees' content and furniture, write scopes of work, and more.
