Prince William County Business License Payment and Application Renewals are due on Monday, March 3, 2025. If you have not received a Business License Renewal Form and believe you should have, contact the Taxpayer Services Office at (703) 792-6710 or by email at [email protected].
A late payment penalty of 10% will be assessed on the unpaid tax balance if taxes are not paid in full by the due date. Interest at a rate of 10% per annum accrues monthly until the balance is paid in full.
Please submit your filings and payments through the Taxpayer Portal to ensure faster processing. Visit tax.pwcgov.org to register for an online account or log in to an existing one. Payments can be made online for free using e-checks or by credit card for a convenience fee. Additionally, payments can be made over the phone (incurring a convenience fee) by calling 1-888-272-9829 and selecting jurisdiction code 1036. You can also send payments by mail to PO BOX 70519, Philadelphia, PA 19176-0519, or visit the Sudley North and Development Services Building; Taxpayer Services offices are open in person from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Taxpayer Services in-person office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; all other Tax Administration hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Offices will open at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025.
