Business License Payment & Application Renewals Due March 1, 2024

The Prince William County business license payment and application renewals are due on March 1, 2024. If a business has not received a Business License Renewal Form and believe they should have, they should contact the Taxpayer Services Office at 703-792-6710 or by email at [email protected].

A late payment penalty of 10 percent will be assessed on the unpaid tax balance if taxes are not paid in full by the due date. Interest at a rate of 10 percent per annum accrues monthly until the balance is paid in full.

Payments can be made online at tax.pwcgov.org by e-check for free or by credit card for a convenience fee, or by:

• calling 1-888-272-9829 (jurisdiction code is 1036);
• mailing to PO BOX 70519, Philadelphia, PA 19176-0519; and
• visiting in person at the Sudley North and McCoart Taxpayer Services offices.

The Taxpayer Services office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Offices will open at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024.
