The sixth full moon of 2024, known as the Strawberry Moon, signifies a time for change and new potential. Join us on International Yoga Day for a fun and creative Full Moon Yoga flow practice. We will work with the stimulating full moon energy to build heat and strength in your muscles, open your body all while experiencing the amazing performance of the annual bio-luminescence beetle, the firefly. We will finish the practice with a sound bath. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and water. Wear appropriate clothing. This event may be canceled due to inclement weather. *30 minute walk from the parking lot pavilion to the south deck of the boardwalk, please arrive early.
