Building Safety Starts with You

Free in-person and virtual community outreach event to raise awareness about building and fire safety at home.

• Learn about the importance of building and fire safety in residential construction, home DIY projects and property maintenance.
• Find out ways to keep your home and family safe and how to promote building safety in your neighborhood.

Building Safety Inspectors and Fire Marshals will be available to answer frequently asked questions and attendees will learn about the permitting process for home projects. In addition, attendees can enter a chance to win a raffle prize and take home safety information, brochures and more.
