The Lottery will take place from 9:00 AM through 4:00 PM May 28, 2024. Mainstream Wait List (100 randomly chosen applications will form a Wait List from the Lottery) To be eligible for this application, must meet the following requirements: Mainstream vouchers serve households that include a non-elderly person with a disability Non-elderly is defined as someone between 18 years of age but less than 62 years of age and; Live or work in Prince William County To Apply for the Mainstream, Wait List visit: https://www.waitlistcheck.com/VA1087 This Lottery is for the above program only. Applications will NOT be provided or accepted at OHCD. Emergency Housing Assistance II Program
The Prince William County Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD), Emergency Housing Assistance Program II (EHAP II), or Subsistence Payments, is federal funding provided from Community Development Block Grant Funds (CDBG-CV) through the CARES Act. It is offered to eligible households experiencing COVID-19-related financial housing hardships.
OHCD will NOT be accepting and new EHAP, II Applications effective February 19, 2024, at 5:01PM. OHCD has limited funding for this activity, and submission and/or eligibility for the EHAP, II Program does not guarantee that assistance will be provided, as assistance is based on both eligibility and availability of funding. The portal to submit applications is now closed.
