Prince William County, Va— This winter, couples are invited to let their love shine amid the charm and warmth of the Town of Occoquan. On Friday, December 12, 2025, the Prince William County Circuit Court Clerk, Jacqueline C. Smith, in collaboration with the Town of Occoquan, will host the 2^nd Annual Seal the Deal, a signature civil wedding experience.

Set along the backdrop of Occoquan’s historic streets and charming storefronts, Seal the Deal will be held at Madigan’s Waterfront, a cozy wedding venue and formal dining restaurant located on the Occoquan River, offering couples an enchanting setting to exchange their vows. With picturesque views and soft, ambient light, each ceremony will unfold in a space that feels both intimate and inviting.

The Seal the Deal experience intends to be an afternoon of elegant courthouse-style ceremonies, giving couples a chance to celebrate their commitment in a way that feels personal and memorable. The event brings couples and the community together in an romantic celebration of love and connection.

While in town, couples and guests are encouraged to explore local artisan shops and enjoy the scenic Mamie Davis Park.
