Prince William County residents are invited to attend the 15th Annual Northern Virginia Housing Expo, a free, public event taking place on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Meridian High School, 121 Mustang Alley, Falls Church, VA.

This regional event showcases the full spectrum of housing opportunities available throughout Northern Virginia—whether you're looking to rent, buy or simply prepare for the future, attendees will have access to dozens of exhibits and valuable resources, including affordable apartment listings, homebuying tools, mortgage information, government assistance programs and senior housing options.

The Expo features:

  • Free educational workshops on topics like credit scores, homebuying readiness, tax impacts and working with realtors.
  • Individual financial counseling sessions.
  • Expert guidance from housing professionals, lenders and government partners.
  • Multilingual support and accessibility accommodations, available upon request.

"The Northern Virginia Housing Expo is more than just an event, it’s a gateway to opportunity," said Joan Duckett, Director of the Prince William County Office of Housing and Community Development. "For Prince William County residents, this Expo brings housing resources, professional expertise and financial tools directly within reach, all in one place. Whether you're renting for the first time, getting ready to buy or need a little support to stay where you are, this event has something for you. It’s a great chance to get real answers, talk to real people and take the next step toward housing that works for you."

Co-sponsored by Prince William County and a coalition of regional partners, including Virginia Housing, HUD’s DC Field Office, the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and several Northern Virginia jurisdictions, the Expo is part of a shared commitment to expanding access to safe, affordable and stable housing.
