Prince William has partnered with LEAP (Local Energy Alliance Program) to bring Solarize Virginia to our residents. After signing up, you’ll get a free solar satellite assessment, discounted solar system pricing and vetted installers.

Why Go Solar?

In addition to being a great way to save the environment, making the transition to solar energy also saves you money. In 2023, the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) increased the tax credit for solar energy improvements from 22% to 30%.

When is the program available?

Solarize Virginia is time limited, the 2025 signups will be open from April 15th through July 15th 2025. We encourage members of the community to sign up when the 2025 signups open at https://www.solarizeva.org/.
