ePayables Information for Suppliers

Prince William County now offers ePayables, a virtual card payment solution that helps accelerate and improve invoice processing and payments. Our banking partner, J.P. Morgan, manages our vendor enrollment and implementation support for this program. There are many benefits with having ePayables as a preferred method of payment such as:

  • Faster Immediate (pay on approval) payment terms.
  • Reduce administrative time and risk processing checks and ACH reconciliation.
  • Improve cash flow with faster payments compared to mailed checks.

  • Enrollment in the program is optional. By enrolling, your standard credit card processing fees still apply according to the terms with your merchant acquirer. These fees shall not be incurred or passed on to the County.
  • By enrolling in the program, you authorize Prince William County to deactivate your company's bank account for ACH payments in Prince William County’s vendor portal.
  • Declining to enroll in the program has no effect on current Check/ACH payment methods.
