Land Use Application Due Dates for Public Hearings

In March 2024, the Board of County Supervisors requested that meeting agendas and all related materials for upcoming meetings be posted on the Monday the week before the scheduled hearing to provide more time for Board of County Supervisors and public review.

As a result of this request, adjustments were required to the land development cases hearing schedule to accommodate the extended public review period. Submission dates for land use applications were adjusted to meet the new timeline. The time between Planning Commission hearings and Board hearings was shifted to accommodate the requested changes to the land development hearing timeline.
