Innovation Architectural Review Board

“Innovation at Prince William” or “Innovation Small Area” is a premier, mixed-use development featuring a high technology business park in a green, park-like environment. The area is located approximately 30 miles southwest of the Nation’s capital. Geographically, the area is located on the southern edge of the National Capital area and is located near the center of Prince William County, adjacent to the western boundary of the City of Manassas. The area is bisected by Route 234/Prince William Parkway and is roughly bounded by Sudley Manor Road to the north, Godwin & Nokesville Road to the south, Norfolk Southern Railway to the east and portions of Hornbaker Road in the northwest and the Broad Run to the west.

A covenant guides development of Innovation at Prince William and can be requested from Cheri Thacker. The covenant outlines a structured framework for architectural design and development within the area, emphasizing innovation, quality, and sustainability. The covenant assigns the responsibility to the Innovation Architecture Review Board (IARB) to oversee the review and approval process for construction plans, alterations, and modifications. The IARB's role extends to enforcing compliance with design guidelines and may involve periodic inspections to ensure ongoing adherence.
