The Circuit Court Public Service Center (Room 305) has a wealth of information. All of the records/documents that are on file are available for public research and copies may be made -- except for adoption, juvenile and sealed records. The Paul B. Ebert Law Library is available to the public and offers legal resources to the public and legal community, including access to public workstations, sample forms and legal research. The library is open Monday - Friday (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).
