The above checklist only applies to registered Industrialized Buildings that are stand-alone structures which have the proper state approval with the state label. Unregistered industrialized buildings are not covered by this checklist. A limited quality control review will verify that the proper wind loads and soil conditions are specified, and that required plumbing fixtures have been provided. The plans associated with the construction of the utility connections and the exterior accessibility and covered egress from the building will be fully reviewed.
