Animal Friendly License Plates
Show your love for animals! You can get an Animal Friendly license plate from Virginia's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). As a revenue-sharing plate, a $15 non-tax-deductible contribution is made to the locality in which the vehicle is registered after sale of the first 1,000 plates. The contributions are used towards spay/neuter fees.
