A company must be a registered supplier with Prince William County Procurement Services. Log in to the Prince William County eProcurement system click here.

Follow the procedures for vendor registration.
Through the County's eProcurement system vendors may:
- Request email notification of solicitations
- Perform online tracking of invoices and payments

Once registration is completed contact the Fiscal Officer at 703-792-6495 to schedule an appointment.
